First time on site service for training and installing for free, but all travel cost in customers’ country and accommodation should be paid by customers.
Half-year guarantee for accessories except the consumable parts, life long maintenance.
Favorable price for spare parts and accessories in future. Cost free for training and accommodation in our company. But travel expenses of flight ticket and visa should be on clients account.

After service

If there is any problem with the machine, we will try to solve the problem by email or tel promptly, at the same time ,we will record your description about the problemand send videos for troubleshooting, if the problem still can’t be solved we will prepare the service on site.

Training Items

We have professional engineers, equipmentand site to draw out training plans for clients
Training Time: around 3-5 days
The Training Site: training department or workshop
Training People: 2-3 operators from clients company.
The Content of Training:
1. Learn how to use the machine
2. Basic operation and attention of machines
3. Maintaining the machines
4. Attending the test in each period
